SPRK Systems (“we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information We Collect
- Information you provide — When you fill out our download or contact forms, we collect the information you enter (such as your email and any message you send).
- Automatic information — Like most websites, we use cookies and similar technologies to understand how visitors use our site and to improve our marketing. This may include IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referral information.
- Application License Information – We collect limited information about your device. This includes a pseudonymous device identifier, a random installation identifier, a hash of the license key, the app version, runtime type, report time, and IP address. This is typically handled upon app launch and once every 24 hours while the app is running. This is used for monitoring license usage. Detailed reports and IPs are deleted after 90 days. Device summaries and duplicate-event IDs have no automatic deletion period.
Information We Do Not Collect
We do not collect your accounting records, other business data, your full license key, or your computer’s raw OS identifier. Your database remains in the location you use to run SPRK, such as your computer or shared server.
Optional Information
If you enable Automatic Bug Reports, SPRK may send us a report when a feature fails. A report may include the app version, time, the name of the screen or feature, the type of action attempted, the outcome, and a technical error category or reference number. We use these reports to find and fix problems and improve SPRK.
Automatic reports do not include screenshots, text entered into fields, documents, accounting or financial records, client information, passwords, or the contents of requests and responses. We do not attach your name, email address, license key, or persistent device identifier to the report.
Automatic Bug Reports are off by default. You can turn them on or off in SPRK’s settings at any time. Turning them off stops future automatic reports and does not affect your access to SPRK. We retain reports for 1 year before deleting them.
How We Use Information
- To provide you with requested downloads or respond to inquiries.
- To improve our website, marketing, and products.
- To communicate with you about updates, promotions, or new offerings (if you’ve provided your email).
- For advertising and analytics (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta, etc.).
- To review license usage and investigate possible misuse or support issues
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to:
- Analyze site traffic and performance (Google Analytics 4).
- Deliver targeted ads and measure ad performance (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
You can control cookies through your browser settings or use industry opt-out tools.
Data Sharing
We may share limited information with trusted service providers who help us run our website, marketing, and analytics. These providers only use your data to perform services for us.
We use Hostinger servers to collect product license data.
We may also share information if required by law or to protect our rights.
Data Security
We use reasonable security measures to protect your information. No system is 100% secure, but we work to keep your data safe.

- Emails — You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the link in the message or contacting us.
- Cookies — You can manage or disable cookies in your browser settings.
- License Data – We can also send you the list of records related to your license key or device ID upon request
Children’s Privacy
Our site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
